Emily Kincaid is an ordained deacon in the Alabama-West Florida Conference and serves as the Executive Pastor of First United Methodist Church of Pensacola. She was elected as a delegate to the 2024 General and Jurisdictional Conferences and was chosen to chair the delegation—the first female clergyperson and deacon in the conference to serve in that role. Emily is also a member of the World Methodist Council. She has served as chair of the Board of Ordained Ministry and currently leads as President of the Conference Board of Trustees. A native of Monroeville, Alabama, Emily earned a degree in Cultural and Religious Studies from Huntingdon College and a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Christian Education from Duke Divinity School. Her ministry is centered on collaborative leadership, discipleship formation, and building the Church for the next generation.
